1. Are all the clothes on the site original Ralph Lauren?

Yes. Every item we sell is 100% authentic Ralph Lauren, without exception.


2. How can you tell if the item is not fake?

We purchase our inventory only from authorized sources – official surplus stores, authorized dealers, and supervised second-hand. Each item undergoes manual inspection to verify authenticity.


3. What does "used but new" mean? What is the condition of the items really?

Most items appear to have never been worn – some still have tags attached. All are carefully screened to ensure they are in excellent condition.


4. Is there a certificate of authenticity?

The items do not come with a certificate of authenticity, but each item is tested and examined by us, with full guarantee of its originality.


5. Where do the items you offer come from?

We collect items from surplus stores in the US, Europe, Japan and more – through partnerships we have created with reliable suppliers.


6. Why are the prices so cheap compared to the official stores?

Because we buy smart – and sell smart. No luxury rent, no brokerage gaps, and no posing. Just pure quality and understanding of the other.


7. Is this an outlet? Second hand? Surplus?

It's a combination – surplus items, old models, luxury second-hand stores, and more. What they all have in common: excellent condition.


8. How do I know I'm not compromising on quality just because of the price?

We do not offer damaged or worn items. Everything sold is carefully screened and inspected.
If it doesn't feel new, it doesn't go up on the site.


9. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It's up to you.
You can choose between express delivery (1–3 business days) for 50 NIS, and standard delivery (3–7 business days) for 25 NIS.
In both cases, we make sure it arrives beautifully packaged and on time.

 

10. Can I return a product that doesn't suit me?

Yes. You can return it within 14 days as long as the item is unworn and undamaged. We have a fair policy.


11. What happens if the item arrives with a defect?

If we missed something – we will make sure to replace or credit you. Service above all.


12. Is it possible to exchange a size?

In most cases – no. We advocate exclusivity, so almost every item has only one size.
In exceptional cases, an additional measure may be possible, and this depends on availability and in accordance with our vision.

If the size does not fit, you can return the item ( minus 50 NIS ) or exchange it - subject to available stock.


13. How do I know you are a reliable site?

We are transparent, available, and our customers keep coming back. We have secure payment systems, human customer service, and a clear return policy.


14. Can I speak to a customer service representative?

Of course. You can contact us via the website, WhatsApp, or email – and we will respond as quickly as possible.


15. Is the website secure for payments?

The site runs on the highly secure Shopify platform.
